Visiting this website

When you open a page, your browser sends our web server your IP address and technical details such as the address of the page, the date and time, and your browser type. The server needs them to deliver the page over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). It keeps no logs of visits, so these details are not stored once the page has been delivered.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to deliver this website securely.

Hosting

The website runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in Hetzner’s data centre in Nuremberg. Hetzner processes data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

No cookies, tracking or third-party content

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other servers: its fonts and images come from our own server.

Contacting us by email

If you write to contact@snaptiq.io, we use your email address and your message only to answer you. Our email is hosted by mailbox.org in Berlin, Germany. We delete your messages once we no longer need them, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your message concerns a contract or its preparation, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• find out what personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• have it corrected (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17),
• restrict how we process it (Art. 18),
• receive it in a portable format (Art. 20),
• object to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21).
